Macbeth was written by William Shakespeare and it is one of the most famous story in his plays. This story is about Scotland a thousand years ago. Macbeth was a Scottish soldier's name who killed the Norwegian general. After the battle, Macbeth was going back to a camp where the king stayed. The King of Scotland Duncan was glad to hear that and thank Macbeth. On the way back to the camp, Macbeth met three witches. They said him 'Macbeth, the soldier! Macbeth, the general! Macbeth, the King!' He didn't know what they're talking about at all. Soon after the witches said that, they disappeared somewhere. This is the beginning of this story. Macbeth got wrong way to go because of the words the mysterious witches said.
